MassHealth Renewals: Step-by-step guidance reviewing and completing renewal forms found in the blue envelopes, sent directly from MassHealth. We will also assist with submitting details before state deadlines.
Coverage Transition Guidance: Clear information on alternative coverage options through the Massachusetts Health Connector if your eligibility status changes.
New Applications: Full assistance filling out health coverage applications for individuals and families.
Document Verification: Support with reviewing, copying, printing and uploading required income, identity, or eligibility documentation.
